Ooni Halo Core Spiral Mixer

Light but sturdy. Powerful yet portable. Ooni Halo Core is the everyday home mixer empowering you to make like a baker — whatever sized kitchen you’re working in.

• The spiral mixing difference. Using the same powerful technology as professional bakers, Halo Core’s dough-kneading attachments work as one — building a high-quality gluten network through a thorough dual-kneading action.

• Switch to whipping and beating. Go beyond dough with multifunctional attachments, for silky cake and cookie batters, light creams and glossy meringue mix.

• 20 speed settings for wide range control. Way beyond the 6-11 speed industry standard, for precision control at the turn of a dial.

• Built for big and small batches. For more when you need it, and less when you don’t. The optimised 4.5 L bowl can mix as little as two or up to ten 12” pizza dough balls in a single batch.

• Optimised high torque motors. Two high torque DC motors work together to support the longer mixing that dough needs without wearing out.

• Compact enough to live on your counter. 25% smaller and 30% lighter than Ooni Halo Pro, this stable yet streamlined design saves space on your countertop without compromising on power.

• Dishwasher safe stainless steel attachments. The easiest cleanup yet. All of our attachments are fully removable and can be put into the dishwasher.

• Added reassurance with inbuilt motor protection. Designed to auto-slow when needed, it keeps dough mixing without the motors overheating.
